When outsourcing the handling of personal information, SGUPH shall implement measures to protect the personal information.

    SGUPH shall, in principle, not use or supply retained personal information for any purpose other than the stated purposes of use.
    When supplying personal information, SGUPH shall require the recipient to implement measures necessary to protect the personal information.
    When supplying personal information online via computer connection, SGUPH shall implement measures to protect the personal information.

  • Requesting Disclosure, Amendment, and Cessation of Use

    Any person may request disclosure of their own personal information held by SGUPH. (A legal representative may make such a request in proxy for a minor or person under adult ward guardianship.)

    If you believe your personal information is not being handled appropriately, you may request cessation of use, cessation of supply, and deletion of the information.
